Refund Policy

Last updated: May 3, 2026 · Applies to purchases made through ImpactGuard checkout and the operations panel.

We do not offer refunds. All fees for paid plans, add-ons, or renewals are non-refundable and charges are final once payment succeeds, except where mandatory applicable law (including the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and, where relevant, European Union consumer rules) requires otherwise.

Why

Software access, license entitlements, and operational capacity are delivered digitally and consumed when your subscription period begins. We do not maintain a discretionary refund program for buyer’s remorse, partial periods unused, or configuration choices.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Raising a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting [email protected] may result in suspension of services while the claim is investigated. We will present checkout and delivery records to the processor as appropriate.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error (for example duplicate charge or wrong amount versus the plan shown at checkout), email [email protected] with receipts and panel account details. We will review factual billing mistakes; this review does not change the general no-refund policy for valid charges that match what you authorized.

Relationship to Other Documents

This policy supplements the Terms of Service (including governing law and dispute resolution). In case of conflict, the Terms control except where a stricter mandatory rule applies to you.
