Unless your order includes a separately signed enterprise agreement with explicit uptime credits, ImpactGuard does not guarantee a fixed percentage uptime. The following describes how we operate transparently.
Status Page
We publish service health and incident notes at status.impactguard.xyz. Subscribe there for updates.
Maintenance
We may perform planned maintenance that briefly affects the panel or APIs. When possible, we schedule during lower-traffic windows and post advance notice on the status page.
Scope
Availability commitments in custom contracts, if any, apply only to the services explicitly listed in that contract. Third-party networks, game clients, and community-hosted game servers are outside our control.
Credits
Service credits or remedies are available only where expressly written into your commercial agreement. Otherwise, refer to the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.
Governing Law
This SLA overview is provided for transparency. Unless a separate enterprise agreement states otherwise, questions about the Services are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and the venue rules in our Terms of Service, without prejudice to mandatory EU or Bulgarian consumer or other non-waivable rights.
